Rebecca has been in the beauty business 38 years, more than 34 year of them at trUe. She specialize in hair cutting, coloring, foiling, formal styling.  Her favorite part of her job is seeing the smile on our clients faces, making them feel beautiful inside and out!

Julie

Designer Stylist

Julie has been a stylist for over 35 years, and will be celebrating her 30th year at trUe this year. She studied at Broms Academy and Rob Roy and enjoys keeping up with education on today’s trends and working with her talented team. Julie is passionate about making her clients feel comfortable, beautiful , and confident with their style.

Amanda

Designer Stylist

With over 7 years of hairstyling experience, Amanda enjoys connecting with clients and making them feel special! She loves to help people express themselves through their own personal customized hair experience. She also worked in fashion design and is a professional ballroom dancer!

Aida

Designer Stylist

Aida joined the trUe team with extensive experience within the industry from the North End of Boston. Aida has an absolute passion for high end colors and styling and loves to design and create. In addition, Aida is a mother of two and enjoys balancing her work and family life.

Tanya

Designer Stylist

Tanya joins the salon from the emerald isle country, aka Ireland! In addition to being outgoing, great at conversation and charming, Tanya is an extremely talented designer level hair stylist. Tanya trained and worked at the most elite salon in Dublin, known as Peter Mark Hairdressers.

Tanya’s skills include perms, event hair, all aspects of color and cuts. She loves to blowdry and is always up for a challenge.

Additionally, Tanya cooks, bakes, loves to knit and enjoys family time with her husband and children.

Kaila

Senior Stylist

Kaila came to trUe in 2018 and has since grown into a very talented and creative stylist. She shows great attentiveness to our clients and is passionate about color services and exceeding client’s expectations. Kaila focuses on current trends and stays on pointe with customized highlighting and textured blow outs. Kaila loves to see our clients with their confidence radiating as they leave her chair!

Andrea

Senior Stylist

Andrea brings 10 years of hairstylist and cosmetologist experience with her to trUe. Her passion is coloring and styling and she especially enjoys free hand techniques such as balayage and she loves doing Keratin treatments. Andrea is also an expert in facial and body waxing. She loves this industry because she can meet different people with different needs. She loves to make clients feel great about themselves through her services provided. She finds it very rewarding to see the client’s smile in appreciation.

Eli

Senior Stylist

Even as a young girl, Eli was interested in the beauty industry and fascinated by hair color and styles. She brings 9 years of passion and experience to the salon. Balayages and blondes are at the top of her favorite services. She also has a fierce blowout! In addition to her Senior Stylist role, Eli is also the team’s Educator for the salon, teaching and certifying team members in new services.

Karly

Stylist

Karly joined trUe in 2022 as a stylist and graduate of Tony & Guy. Karly is very skilled with precision hair cutting techniques and has an excellent eye for detail. Karly enjoys all aspects of color and styling, and it makes her happy to see our clients looking their best and feeling happy, too. 

Margaret

Stylist

Originally from Pennsylvania, Margaret has joined trUe as a graduate of the Pivot Point Academy in Chicago, where she studied Cosmetology. Margaret is interested in working with color and learning to apply extensions. She also does beautiful blow outs.

Patty

Director of Sales and Customer Service

Patty joined trUe in 2017 and came with extensive experience and training in hospitality management and sales with the Marriott corporation. She is a huge Bruins fan and has two sons that she adores. Patty loves to make our clients feel valued and happy when they come in the door or call. She will go above and beyond to make sure your experience at trUe is the best!

Jenae

Sales and Customer Service Manager

With Jenae’s years of experience with customer service, and bubbly personality we recently welcomed her as a receptionist at the front desk! She loves organization, attention to every detail small or large, chatting with clients and making sure everyone leaves with a smile!

Emily

Salon Coordinator

We are lucky to have Emily as a protege while she attends Assabet Valley Technical High School, Class of 2025. Emily is creative and driven to learning the best practices from our entire team. You may see her pretty, smiling face at the Front Desk or assisting the stylists in the salon.

Tracy

Owner & Designer Stylist

In addition to being an owner of trUe, Tracy is also Board Certified in color and has over 30 years of experience to share with the team. Tracy is a strong industry resource and keeps the company running smoothly.  Tracy loves the team atmosphere at trUe and she is also skilled at balancing her beautiful family life with the salon life in amazing ways!

Kevin, the owner, our founder and concept creator! Kevin is a gifted stylist and has a sincere passion for hair design. He keeps encouraging us to be our best, and he is innovative in keeping the salon moving forward. Kevin is a leader who has faith in himself and others and exemplifies the best in client satisfaction.
